The announcement said that the strategic cooperation agreement between the company and Xiangyu will help the two sides give full play to their advantages in resources, capital and technology, give full play to the synergistic effect of their business, and carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as nickel and cobalt raw material supply, nickel resource development and supply chain security.
